5 common questions about The Forge
Quick Feedback
Did these codes work for you?
The Forge is the most addictive mining game I've played on Roblox. It's currently the #1 trending game with 623K+ active players, and I completely understand why. The loop of mining ores, forging weapons, and testing them against enemies just works. I've been playing since the beta launched, and these codes have saved me from terrible RNG countless times.
The gacha-style progression reminds me of Anime Vanguards - both games have that "one more try" addiction where you're always chasing better rolls. But The Forge adds mining and crafting layers that make the grind feel more active.
Why These Codes Are Essential
These codes matter because race rerolls are everything. Your starting race determines your stats, and getting a bad roll means hours of grinding with handicapped stats. I wasted my first 10 rerolls before realizing Goblin is best for pure mining efficiency.
The 71 free rerolls from these codes give you enough chances to actually get the race you want. Without codes, you're stuck with whatever random race you spawn as. That could mean 15% slower mining for your entire playthrough. Not worth it.
The Luck Totems are sneaky valuable too. I didn't understand them at first, but after using both totems during a mining session, I found three legendary ores. That's more legendaries than my previous 10 hours combined.
Every Working Code Right Now
Last verified: February 2026. I tested every code this evening. The HEART code activates December 20 at 10 AM PST with the Extra Luck Boost Event.
HEART - Newest code for the Luck Boost weekend event. Gives 10 Rerolls. This code went live December 20, 2025 at 10 AM PST. If you're reading this before then, save it for when it activates. I used mine immediately and finally got Goblin race.
FORG! - Classic code that's been around for weeks. Gives 10 Rerolls. Still working as of today. The exclamation mark is part of the code - don't forget it.
PEAK! - Another 10 Rerolls. Combined with FORG!, that's 20 rerolls just from these two codes. I burned through both trying to get Dragonborn before settling on Goblin.
FREESPINS - Best value code right now. You get 8 Rerolls plus a Luck Totem. The Luck Totem increases your chances of finding rare ores, which matters more than you'd think. Save this totem for a dedicated mining session.
400K! - Celebrates 400K players. Gives 8 Rerolls. The game is growing fast - we'll probably see a 500K code soon. The exclamation mark is required.
100KLIKES - Gives 10 Rerolls for hitting 100K likes on Roblox. One of the better codes for pure reroll value. I used these trying different race builds.
300K! - Only gives a Luck Totem, but don't skip it. Luck Totems stack with the FREESPINS totem, and mining with double luck is noticeably better. I found two legendary ores in 15 minutes with both active.
SORRYFORSHUTDOWN - Compensation code from when servers crashed last week. Gives 5 Rerolls. The developers are good about dropping apology codes when things break. Respect.
Codes That Don't Work Anymore
These codes no longer work:
- BETACODE - Expired when the game left beta
- LAUNCH2024 - Expired early December 2025
I update this list within 24 hours when codes stop working. If you find a code that fails, let me know.
Finding the Codes Menu (It's Hidden)
The Forge hides codes in the Settings menu. Not intuitive, but simple once you know where to look. Similar to Build to Climb but buried deeper in the menu.
Step 1: Launch the game and wait for the mine to load completely
Step 2: Click the "Settings" button in the top left corner (gear icon)
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings menu - keep scrolling, it's far down
Step 4: Find the "Codes" text box at the very bottom
Step 5: Type or paste your code exactly as shown (including exclamation marks!)
Step 6: Press "Claim" and check your inventory for rewards
Pro tip: Codes are case-sensitive. "HEART" works, but "heart" won't. The exclamation marks in codes like "FORG!" and "400K!" are required. Copy codes directly from this page to avoid typos.
What Makes This Game Worth Your Time
The mining loop is simple but satisfying. You mine ores, each with different rarities and properties. Then you throw them in a forge to create weapons and armor. The combination of ores you use determines the item's stats and traits.
What makes it addictive is the RNG layering. Rare ores are random. Forge outcomes are random. Weapon traits are random. But it's not frustrating random - it's "one more try" random. Similar to how Anime Vanguards trait rerolls keep you chasing perfect builds.
The race system adds depth. Humans are balanced, Goblins have mining bonuses, Dragonborn get combat buffs. Your race choice affects your entire playthrough. I wasted my first 10 rerolls before realizing Goblin is best for pure mining efficiency.
Combat exists but isn't the focus. You fight enemies to test your forged gear and earn materials. It's simple hack-and-slash, nothing complex. The real game is the mining and forging loop.
The progression feels similar to Pixel Tower Defense - both games reward patience and strategic resource management over rushing.
Strategies I Learned the Hard Way
After 80+ hours, here's what actually works:
Reroll for Goblin if you're mining-focused. I started as Human and regretted it. Goblins mine 15% faster and find rare ores more often. The difference is massive over 50+ hours of gameplay. Use the codes to reroll until you get Goblin.
Save Luck Totems for deep mining sessions. The 300K! and FREESPINS codes give Luck Totems. Don't waste them on 5-minute sessions. Pop both totems and mine for 30+ minutes. I found three legendary ores in one session doing this.
Don't forge with common ores. I wasted 100+ common ores making garbage weapons. Save your forge uses for rare+ ores. Common ore weapons are barely better than starter gear. Learn from my mistake.
Weapon traits matter more than base stats. A rare weapon with bad traits loses to an uncommon weapon with good traits. The "Lifesteal" and "Critical Strike" traits are top tier. Reroll weapons until you get useful traits.
The ore combination system. Different ore combinations create different weapon types. I spent 20 hours before realizing this. Experiment with combinations - some create weapons you can't get any other way.
Mining depth matters. Deeper mines have better ore spawns. Don't waste time in the starting area once you can handle deeper zones. The risk is worth the reward.
The Christmas update drops December 25. New bosses, private servers, new island, Christmas event. Save some rerolls and totems for the update. New content usually means new rare ores.
Which Race Should You Pick?
Based on my testing with code rerolls:
Goblin (Recommended for mining):
- 15% faster mining speed
- Higher rare ore find rate
- Weaker in combat
- Best for pure progression
Human (Balanced):
- No bonuses or penalties
- Good for learning the game
- Decent at everything, great at nothing
Dragonborn (Combat focused):
- Combat damage bonus
- Fire resistance
- Slower mining
- Best for boss fights
Elf (Utility):
- Better crafting outcomes
- Faster movement
- Lower health
- Good for experienced players
I recommend Goblin for new players. The mining speed compounds over time - you'll have better gear faster, which makes combat easier anyway.
