What Makes This Game Worth Playing

The pixel art aesthetic isn't just nostalgia bait - it actually serves the gameplay. Units are clearly distinguishable, projectiles are easy to track, and the visual clarity helps with strategic placement. I've played TD games with "better" graphics that were harder to read during intense waves.

The unit variety is solid. Archers for single-target damage, Mages for AOE, Tanks for blocking, Supports for buffs. Standard TD stuff, but executed well. Each unit type has multiple tiers, and the upgrade paths feel meaningful.

Upgrade before expanding. I used to spread my resources across many units. Bad idea. Focus on 3-4 core units and max them out. A team of maxed commons beats a team of unupgraded rares.

Archers are underrated. Everyone wants flashy Mages, but Archers with upgrades have insane single-target DPS. I run 2 Archers for boss waves and they melt health bars.

Save gems for the Anniversary code unit. If you haven't redeemed ANNIVERSARY yet, do it. That unit is exclusive and actually good. I use mine in every loadout.
